Incorrect order received

I’m pleased with the quality of the pendant, but unfortunately the chain that came with the pendant was not the size I ordered (ordered 22’ and received 18’). I was told the correct chain would be shipped to me but it has now been over two weeks. I have been emailing the customer service email listed on the website, but now I’m not receiving any response back. I either need the correct order shipped to me, or I want a refund.
