Shipping & Handling

Custom Nameplate Orders:

YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING INFO WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER. ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL.

All Other Orders:

Items are processed within 24-48 hours after placing an order.

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. This usually takes about 3-5 business days. Once items are shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24hrs. 

We ship worldwide.

We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. Any orders placed during these days will be processed the next business day. 

 

Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final; no refunds unless we were at fault.

For all items other than nameplates, You can make an exchange only if item is returned within 7 days of purchase. Must be in its original condition with tags attached. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE IF THE TRACKING INFO STATES THAT IT WAS DELIVERED. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE IF THIS ISSUE OCCURS.
